Nettie
Guys, don't weigh yourself more than once a week, also remember you also weigh less first thing in the morning than last thing at night. Melps what sort of exercise are you doing?

Mrs B
I've lost 2lbs. Which I feel a bit bad about as I have been in a really picky mood this week and have even had two creme eggs! I'm still really struggling not to pick as I prepare food - I need taking in hand - badly! I have now officially broke through the end of my ticker though ........ and will mend it by setting myself a noooooo target later. Meanwhile, no-one but no-one that I work/socialise/live with has noticed/commented on my weight loss - which is a little bit But ME ME ME can tell the difference, which I guess is more important, 'cause if it's not for me then I won't succeed. Meanwhile, well done to fellow losers, and keep up the fight to those who are struggling a little - it will be worth it.

Happylittlegreensquirrel
Cheryl you have lost 2 pounds in the week you had a birthday so thats fab are you following any plan or just cutting back I am personally find Slimming World works really well when you have kids and other adults to feed as its not "special food" and you can eat loads ( and its not all salads ) the Slimming World magazines have great recipes in as well. Other people have done just as well on Weight Watchers I found a link to a Weight Forum this week http://www.minimins.com/ when I was googling for something Slimming World related and it looks very good, I think a few people here joined it last year as it does all the diets from meal replacements to slimming clubs I am down another pound this week
