I know someone whose Weim had Meningitis as a vaccine reaction, she's fine now, years on, but obviously no boosters for her. Anniegirl Posted June 27, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 27, 2007 Pumpkin is back at the vets on a drip her temp has gone up to 104.6!!! They are going to do full blood tests and fortunately as they are a vet hospital can do everything on site so we should get the results quickly. I have given them loads of information about meningitis in tollers and the contact details of a vet who is an expert on the disease in tollers. I have found out that a toller with the same dad as Pumps went down with the disease at a very similar age as did her litter sister. Fortunately both of them bounced back quickly with the correct treatment. The vet I saw tonight is the vet that is on call and there is a nurse on site 24 hours so she is in the best place for her but it doesn't stop me worrying Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
