Jacobean
Sending all the healing and positive thoughts I can muster for him. Wonder if he has toxins in his body from having the bite or whatever it was last week. Glad to hear he's wolfing the meals down. Good sign. staffymad
He is not coming home tonight. The vet now wants to keep him in for another night on fluids. She will let me know around 17.00ish about enzyme level if they have changed. I obviously was too quickly hopefull Cindy

staffymad
I am afraid I haven't got good news. Although Snatch has perked up in himself and is eating like a horse, his blood works are very disappointing (my vets words). His kidney values should be by now around 20-22 but they are still 36, so he has only gone down by 8. His liver values are unchanged by 3 times the normal value. They will not allow him to come home before his values are around 18 minimum for the kidneys, which is half of his current values. Due to his grade 5 heart murmor, they can't be as agressive with the medicated fluids. Please send as many good thoughts as you can for my special little man Cindy
