First off HUGE 's to you hun My suggestion has already been made ... offer them £500 for a 6 month period whilst you sort yourself out, the rental market is flooded with properties at the moment, letting agents are offering first months half price, no registration fees etc etc in an attempt to let them, it will probably cost the landlord/letting agent more to re-advertise the property, do the relevant checks etc then to let you stay in there knowing it will be looked after and knowing they will get their rent ... def worth looking into Good luck hun
