Well on the BBC News website it states the she was on holiday with her boyfriend and seven children in total for 6 months to the area.

In a word yes the mother is at fault. She left her daughter with a Tour Guide who she knew the child was having sexual relations with and disappeared off for a trip of a couple of weeks the the rest of her family. In my opinion she should be charged with neglect as should anyone who abandons a child to go off and do their own thing. It is bad that the police tried to cover it up and obviously a bad thing that happened.

I watch quite a bit of BBC News 24 and there has been alot of coverage on Shannon and the ongoing investigation and search. Maybe not as much in the papers as there was with Maddie possibly because the parents are not as media savvy as the Mccanns are/were.

It was an unrelated Granma's house. Mr Eko was from Africa somewhere and that was definately USA. Dont think it was Walt's as in the room he found a bundle of cash and what appeared to be some kind of drugs in the little bag. I like Locke i think he now knows more about the Island than anyone on there and he is just doing what needs to be done to safe guard the Island that has enabled him to walk again.

Cass loves that she can lay on the sofa ALL day instead of - shock horror - having to sleep on the floor sometimes! She doesn't mind sharing with Barney too much though. Sadly there will be a delay in the final book as Robert Jordan passed away in 2007. He did leave outlines of the final book and they have (well his wife) chosen an author to complete the series.

Not receiving IVF and so not having children will not kill you! I think receiving IVF should be means tested so that those that can actually afford it pay. It should only be available if people have no other children and should be judged on a case by case basis.

Having worked in a Bank's Direct Debit department the Bank need to remove the cancellation on the DD otherwise no matter what M&S do they will not be able to claim under the same policy/reference number as this is cancelled and will automatically be returned as such to the company if they try and claim. When I worked there we did this all the time just reinstated the DD and contacted the company and advised that it is all sorted and active. Particularly as this is an error through your Bank. I would be inclined to write and complain to them rather (or as well as) M&S. The Bank should have sorted this out for you as they are the ones who made the mistake.

He was on News 24 this morning and he was very good and really Pro Rescue. Did big up the Mayhew where he got his dog. His dog was lovely just sat there on his knee quite happily through out the interview. Just to add he was in the studio this morning about this so they do appear to have given a good amount of air time to the campaign. Really Really like him now. His final comment in the interview is 'There are no bad dogs only bad owners'.

If they have changed the amount of the direct debit without advising you they are, I beleive, in breach of the direct debit guarantee scheme which they need to advise you in writing of any change of premium so I would suggest that you take this up with them. (Been a while since I worked in a Bank but pretty certain that wont have changed).
