Sounds like you are making great progress with him. How old is your puplet ? We've had a few abused foster puplets and would agree with all the advice given . Have found adult dogs tend to take longer to recover than pups. With the car thing , once he is confident and trusting you , introduce him to the car and take things at his pace, but also not with him showing fear then you removing him. Or he might learn showing fear gets him results. As he is gaining trust and confidence by copying your other dogs behaviour I feel they will lead the way to showing him that car rides and walks etc are not as scary as he first though.

Amber is running free at the bridge She'd picked up gastroentiritis (the treatement of which involves plenty of fluids), however the fluids were building up even more so on her lungs. The treatment of fluid on her lungs involved steroids (which would make the gastroenteritis worse). So it was a no win situation. She'd been on fluids and antibiotics since yesterday to try and perk her up a bit, but was an extremely poorly baby this morning. The vet couldn't see her making a recovery so the descision was made to have her pts.

Think this is quite sad. Do agree with you EGAR. This dog will be a clone and not the dead dog reborn. Hope the lady loves the clone and isn't disapointed with any peronality differences and the dog isn't the most expensive poundie in history.
