i fully understand how you feel.i had my little emily spayed on friday and she had to have 8 teeth out.i trust my vet 100% with my dogs but i still worried.she is almost back to normal today. sending positive thoughts for kali tomorrow for you.

9 yrs ago today i went to my local animal shelter to look for a dog to keep my other dog company.i very sadly started to walk away as i couldnt 1 suitable(except a cavalier which i turned down as i knew she would find a home and sure enough someone reserved her while i was there)i wanted to get a dog nobody wanted.as i was going one of the girls came up to and asked me to look at this dog sitting at the back of the kennels.when she brought her out i fell in love and made the best decision i have ever made and reserved her.it was heart braking to see her she was so thin her bones were sticking out she had sores,her coat was matted,she was bald at the back and she smelt awful.when i got home and bathed her and cut all the matts out she had a lovely orange coat so i called her jaffacake(jaffa)from day 1 we had a special bond and she became my soul dog.we had a wonderful 8 1/2 years until last nov as a lot of you may know i was told she had cancer and she went to the bridge 2 days before christmas .i will never get over losing her and i still miss her so much.her gotcha day i also made as her birthday so to mark the day i wanted people to see my beautiful girl.i shall always be grateful to that girl who showed me her. jaffa 4 wks after i got her her sores were healed and her coat was growing back 2 mths later 6 mths later in the snow few fav pics this was taken 2wks before i was told she had cancer. this pic is special as 1 friday she was very ill and my vet told me to take her home and have the weekend together and bring her back mon and get her ready for the bridge.she woke up sat morn and looked at me as if to say i am not ready to go yet mum and proved it when i took her for a walk HAPPY BIRTHDAY my beautiful jaffa hope you are having fun at the bridge.

emily had me up all night so i took her back to the vet this morning.he gave her another painkiller and this afternoon she seems more settled.going to give her some dinner and hope she eats it. i am very tired mum i might try a bit of dinner now mum thank you for all your good wishes. yes jackie (gsd fan) she is taking your advice and is keeping me on the go

thank you all for your kind messages i was not allowed to pick her up until 6pm as she had to have 8 teeth out and my vet was not 100% happy with her at 4pm.she is now sleeping in her bed.i am so so angry poor emily my vet said her mouth is so sore.i will never understand these people.i am going to try her with some scrambled egg later.her spay went well so that was good.misha really missed her and was so pleased to see her tonight.she will be spoilt rotten this weekend. very sleepy little girl

little emily is going in to the vets tomorrow to be spayed and have a dental.she is a x breeding cav and her teeth are in awful condition,she has to have at least 3 teeth out and the rest of her teeth are covered in thick tartar so will need a good clean.it makes me so cross that they have let her get like this .her mouth is so sore bless her.i know i am being daft and i expect there will be no problems but i cant help it i am so worried about her.if you could spare a little thought for her i would be grateful emily blissfully unaware of what is to come tomorrow
