Layla is getting a little bit stroppy being stuck in her crate - after nearly 2 weeks of being in there Layla is getting p**sed off!! She has a vets appt on Friday evening & we are hoping it will be good news. I promise I will try and snatch a piccie of her when she is out on one of her toilet breaks even if I say so myself she is looking fab

Layla would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the very very kind person who sent her the most gorguss handmade collar & lead set. (Photos will follow of Layla modelling her new attire) Layla has been very norty this week & has removed 2 plaster casts herself the vet has decided that we will try Layla with no cast for the next couple of weeks as long as she remains on complete cage rest . Layla is quite happy with this as she likes being in her crate. The vet is pleased with the progress she has made so far BUT much as the vet loves Layla, they don't feel they need to see her everyday to replace her cast Layla sees it differently and believes she is the ONLY patient the vets should be seeing. , gods knows what her antics of this week have cost

She didn't like the pink cast so she took if off she is much happier now it's purple

Thanks Nancy, She is a little treasure, she has obviously been in alot of pain but has never shown any signs of being angry, I have to say if I had been treated like Layla I would be one grumpy person Whoever is lucky enough to become Layla's forever family will be very very happy with her she is proving to be a true star

I am Murphy's foster mum & although Diesel & I both knew the answer to this question we have both been rocked by the state of Murphy, not that it is the first time nor unfortunately will it be the last time we see a dog who has suffered like this, it is more the fact that Murphy is still so placid & loving despite as my OH puts it ' having been given the right to be one very angry dog' because of whats happened to him. I will continue to post pics of my foster boy as he improves Murphy sends slobbery kisses to everyone for sticking up for him & sending him lots of Thank you
