Remembering the beautiful little girlie Zoe It's been 4 long years since she passed over the bridge to play forever while waiting patiently till she meets her beloved mum again. In school the other mornng we were only talking about the games we used to play as children 2 balls. a ball in the leg of an old pair of tights. kick the can what's the time mr wolf. ring of roses. oranges and lemons I dont know what the games is actually called but you stand faceing your partner and you clap hands and sing rhymes at the same time. rounders. off ground tick I remember my friend and I had bikes mine was a striker a smaller version of the grifter and we used to ride everywhere pretending we where CHIPS ( the tv series) I was ponch Sadly my children dont have the freedom we had when we were little. also anyone remember playing boy/girl and oxo and hangman aahhhh memories

Can any fugee pleasssse help me. My daughter Caitlyn is visiting Quarry Bank Mill with her class in school and has to dress up for the occassion, this is where fugees help is needed I remember someone else posting about victorian costumes and was wondering if anyone had anything to resemble a girls victorian costume that I could borrow for the day or any ideas where i may be able to get a costume from cheap, the hire shops by me want £25 plus £20 deposit if anyone can help I would be really grateful. Happy Birthday from all of us

Had to call in the vets today for more meds for Molly Moo (3rd time this week) and a lady came in with a old looking dog and sat him on her knee, she said he likes cats but not dogs so he could sit on her knee to avoid a boistrous 12 week lab/rottie pup as i'm waiting ages for them to sort out Mollys tablets , the lady looks at me and said "Is your dog poorly? Well love them while you can, I had to get the emergency vet out to him last night, he has a leaking valve to his heart and she thought it was time to say goodbye last night, but looks like he doesnt want to leave me just yet." I went up to her to ask if i could stroke him, she said he'd love that and said he was 13 and she'd had him since he was 4 months old. My heart was truely broken for this poor lady, Jack and Caitlyn made a big fuss of him and he was made up although he never moved, apart from the look in his eyes that said "Thanks" The lady was really made up with the kids and Thanked me for letting my children make such a fuss of her baby, because he loves children and they might be the last children he sees My heart was broken and we said Goodbye and I said I'd ask the vets how he is the next time I call in. I hope the vet was able to treat this poor old boy a little longer but the tears flowed when I got in my car.
