  7. Have my eye on a couple of items but I'm not saying yet as Nouggatti will start eyeing them up also!!! (Why wont my emoticons work ) Just a question though as a Fugee auction newbie, how does one pay for items? Can you use paypal? Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but I cant find it. And no T, that weird woman/candle holder thingy is not one I'm watching. That's more your style
  8. My little boy is 3 and a half. He will help me put clothes in/take clothes out of the washer/dryer. He puts his dirty clothes in the laundry basket. He will hand me the pegs when hanging washing out. He cant open the dishwasher yet but he brings his dishes over to the dishwasher. He will also make a good attempt to wipe down the table after dinner. He gets a great kick out of putting the spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. He tidies up all his toys before going to bed and everything has to be put in the right place. He gets quite cross if it's in the wrong place. I think he's still a bit young to do the ironing I have never asked or told him to do any of this. He sees me doing it and wants to copy me. He also makes me copious cups of tea. Unfortunately they're only imaginary ones Long may it last

    Lasso

So sorry Jackie. You have wonderful memories of Lasso. Rest easy sweet gentleman
  10. I often wonder this myself. When I was about 12 we got a little terrier. She was never spayed (never had any litters), she got her first vax and dont think she ever got any boosters after that and I dont think she was ever wormed. I dont remember ever buying dog food of any description for her. She lived to the grand age of 18 and a half. She was stone deaf and blind in one eye and we had to have her PTS as she had a heart attack and a stroke and, with the age she was, it was kinder to let her go rather than put her on medication. Now she was an indoor dog and my Dad's little follower. He used to bring her to the pub and the barman would fill an ashtray with Guinness for her. When she had the heart attack, we then found out where the vets was. How times change. All my dogs and cats are neutered, regularly wormed, get annual boosters and are fed expensive food. Are they actually better off? I dont really know??
  11. Just voted again so you must be able to vote each day. Do you know what rescue she came from in Ireland? I can crosspost on Pets Ireland if you like
  12. Done. Isnt it lovely to see how a dogs life can change - from being dumped by a human to helping change a human life
  13. Hi everyone Im Mags and I live in Ireland with my better half, our 19 months old son, two dogs - boxer and westie, and two cats. I will be moving house shortly and when we get settled I am hoping to start fostering. I had a foster for a couple of weeks, a border collie called Jack who went to Wiccaweys (Hi Sarah ) and I believe he has since been rehomed
