purple_mog
Hey folks - sorry for the absence but I'm back to pick your brains. I'm working with a lovely little staff type dog who has bitten someone quite badly and we need to sort out a good fitting muzzle. Teddy has a typical short staff nose but a relatively narrow jaw so the baskerville type for short nosed dogs seem to fit very badly - any suggestions and recommendations would be very much appreciated! thanks Mog x
celeste
I haven't had much luck with any for Daisy, so far the best ( but really not very ) has been a baskerville size 6, she is also quite narrow in the jaw for a Staff. I did get a leather one made for her but it's way to big and fits Spud .
Laurel n Hardy
Is it elricc that makes collars on here, could she make up a muzzle to order instead. Not sure but its worth asking

Jacobean
Scoobs (baskerville) doesn't fit properly either not that I've had it on him for ages.
purple_mog
thanks all! Will try a size 6 and also trying a small whippetty type muzzle as the regular Jan's Gifts muzzles are a good fit except for length

purple_mog
Ask him to get wire racing greyhound type ones made for Bull breeds would be fab! We're using a plastic whippety sized muzzle from Jan's Gifts that's been modified to fit the wider staffy jaws!
