phoebejo Posted September 15, 2009 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 I've just heard that Keith Floyd died last night too. Very sad but not unexpected. We watched that programme on him last night and I actually thought he looked better than he had done when I last saw him in town about a year or so ago. He used to live across the road from my shop until his divorce. Living at his home in France obviously did him the world of good and when he was talking about having to sell it I said to Mr Hazell he'll be dead before it comes to that. Such a shame. I often used to find #1 son watching his programmes in the late 80's and early 90's He inspired #1 son to cook, and he even considered doing it professionally.
