lil_angel
Well done. Ellie Can you tell us anything about her? Have had this from Ellie's owner Pauline. Bless her she had a rotten start we got sasha at 10 weeks old and 3 months later had a call from the breeder to say sasha's sister Ellie had been returned. the owners couldn't cope with her as she was too affectionate. they were beating her up because she was always wanting fuss and attention. She had been locked in an empty room all day while they worked and had also not been fed properly as they didn't like cleaning up what she produced from the other end once she had been fed. When we picked her up she was a scrawny bag of bones with harsh sticky fur. By the time we arrived home she was still a bag of bones but her fur had softened and was now soft to the touch. She had relaxedand already was happy. She knew she had come home. She & sasha got on well and lived happily together until 18 months ago when sasha died of lung cancer. That's when winnie came on the scene. Ellie is a one in a million dog. She hasn't got a braincell to call her own but is the most loving, daftest dog we have ever had. She lives entirely on 'Planet Ellie' and we swear the reason she is so fit and active at 15 years old is beause her brain doesn't know she is old. She still thinks she's 6 months old Ellie is very special and God broke the mould when he made her and we are thrilled she won because she is so special and there will never be another Ellie, she is one in a million. Thank you to everyone who chose her
Abby
What a sad start but a lovely ending for Ellie. And how well they must have been cared for by Pauline and her family to live such long lives
