Rudi
Anyone else seen this website? Park at My House You can rent out your front drive or garage to people on a daily basis I guess in some areas where parking spaces are at a premium, you could make a tidy bit on the side letting commuters leave their car on your drive for the day! Kathyw
We have an off road parking bay round the corner - imagine how much that would go for. You can walk to the city/west end from here. We also have millions of traffic wardens.
Red Rotties
Pity it isn't up here, I could make a fortune on my driveway
TaraMoochi
Wow, thats a great idea - people in bath already rent their garages for parking, but anyone near the city centre will be raking it in!!!
boosboss
During the Wimbledon fortnight, the local residents have been making a killing at this for years. One year the Inland Revenue were trying to find out how much extra income people were making
Trallwm farm
Ive got 30 acres. I wouldnt like to think of the state of the cars after the horses and cows had played a bit. Ive seen Amelia gnaw metalic paint from a Landrover, wing mirrors be removed as prizes ( every horse needs at least one ) and cows just love a good scratch on the bonnet. I would pay more out than ever came in
ranirottie
when I go for my regular appointment at the hospital I park on a lady's drive.I was frantically driving round and round trying to find a space and getting later and later for my appointment when in desperation I knocked on a lady's door and said if i paid her a fiver could I park on her drive. She agreed and I have been using it now for about 5 years. She is elderly and the fiver comes in useful and its a great relief to me not to have to keep searching for a space.x
