The poor old lad was 9 years old before he found a home, he's Irish bred but was sent to Italy to race at a track in Rome (he thinks he's a gladiator ). After racing the dogs were retired into kennels, permanently muzzled and never exercised. They had about 370 dogs in total and when they went bankrupt in 2002/3 Greyhounds In Need helped find them all homes. Flyn came to England with about 25 others.
