uke Posted October 9, 2007 Report Share Posted October 9, 2007 I got home this evening to find that Gerroffdat had taken a turn for the worse. I rushed her straight to the vet but unfortunately there was nothing more that could be done so the vet gave her a peaceful passing. Gerroffdat was a foster cat who never quite got well enough to go to her new home. She had frequent recurring mouth infections (she had several FIV tests alone because the vet just couldn't believe that she wasn't positive with all of her symptoms) and had two bad bleeds while she was here but she was the loudest one when demanding food and was happy to potter about doing her own thing. She cost me a fortune in vet bills and destroyed more soft furnishings with her dribbles than all of the others put together but she was a happy wee thing who deserved to recover and find a home of her own.
