Myk Posted May 30, 2007 Report Share Posted May 30, 2007 Taken from the BBC news: A guide dog has gone missing in an Essex town after being startled and an appeal has been made to residents to help find the black German Shepherd. Ron Whitt, who is blind, lost Fable after she bolted while being walked by a friend in Brentwood on Thursday. Sightings suggest two-year-old Fable has been circling the Thorndon, Childerditch and Hartswood areas. Mr Whitt said he is helpless without Fable and has been scouring the area since she went missing. He has been camping out and cooking barbeques in an attempt to lure her out of the woodland.
