Three Counties is based in Bourne have you tried them ? Has Charlie been passed by a vet as suitable for rehoming ? Sorry to ask but have had some dreadful experiecs with the poor older dogs Ali

We have had ex-battery hens that have lived for nine years and the average has been seven so I guess it must be the luck of the draw.
