I have had several looks at Lot 18 and I think this is most certainly an extra from the famous 'Clangers' series from the '70's childrens TV programme. Bearing this in mind bids should probably rocket.........

Am re-reading Rebecca Shaw's 'Village Gossip' - am in need of some solid comfort at the moment & this is easy reading with a high feelgood factor. If I had my copy of Precious Time by Erica James I would be re-reading that as it is one of my favourites. Would be delighted to hear any recommendations from others as I'm always trying to expand my range. Stephen King/James Herbert are favourites but rub shoulders with many others on my book shelves. What can be nicer than a Staffie by your feet, cat on your lap, big glass of wine, a good book and a large cheese sarnie?

Hello Everyone - no idea if tis is in the right place but here goes! What do the little dogs by everyones names mean on the left please? I have 2 doggie noses but dont know what they are for. Also why does it say warn 000% by my name? (Or somethin like that!) Thanks - yes, I know Im nosey.....

I would love to adopt ANY older female Staffie who wanted to come and live with us BUT our current Boy, Samuel L Jackson McSimpkins, 1st Earl of Pasty (AKA Sam) is a miserable so and so as far as other dogs are concerned. He was OK ish with some but seems to be getting more inhospitable each day! We are off to St Ives on friday and there is a lovely little brindle staffie girl puppy we meet every time we go down, she always wants to sat 'hello' to him and he is really horrible to her - growling and barking at her. I have told him he wont have any doggie friends and his Christmas card list will be empty BUT he doesnt care. How do you socialise an older unsociable (but totally gorgeous, huggable, kissable) Staffie boy? He just doesnt realise what he is missing out on - so many lovely dogs need homes & we cant offer one because Sam has decided only one dog lives here...

Hi All, I have some beautiful pics of Sammy McSimpkins and his friends BUT have no idea how to post them! Please help....I see lovely pics of everyone else's gorgeous dogs but cant share my boy with you all. Mind you, as he has just knicked my sandwich he is in the doghouse yet again. He may be old but what a turn of speed when a chicken sarnie is in reach....Will I never learn! Have given him a severe kissing for being such a bugalugs.
