  1. Sending more :GroupHug: for you all, Billy. I like the idea that Mal was drawing strength from you and that you just went with it without question How great that you have holiday booked If nothing else, being able to watch him constantly will make you feel better
  2. Thinking of Clive and his beloved plums today
  3. This is what we've done with all of our passed animals that were small enough to be buried - the guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, kitten As we're in rented accommodation, we didn't want to leave them behind if we moved
  4. Bless his little socks, Dee These things just come from nowhere sometimes Waiting excitedly for Big Cat pics Ermmmm...... I'm going to Gwithian, near Hayle, so what's that classed as? Isn't it South West? Hope you can get the pc sorted, Amy She can indeed She's going to use that as down thanks to the Pretty Woman quote of "lay like broccoli" RMSpeech: I just want to offer apologies to anyone who may have had slightly odd conversations with me over the last few weeks, without my appearing to notice I've just had it pointed out that my fecking depression is back with a vengeance I didn't even see it coming again
  5. Bless them Isn't it about time we had some noo Billy and Finn pics? I can't wait to get my lot to Cornwall this weekend Flora won't be able to go on the beach but Bran will have a fabulous time and we may have to get Prince Hugo a life jacket I love the beach Tonight I am counting my blessings a bit. I am very lucky to have some very special people in my life who need no explanations, know when I need them without my saying a word and "have my back"
  6. Norty car Hope it's not too big a job (or too expensive) to fix I'll see what I can do Abby - I'm sorry you've had your first bannings, but I guess every pub gets it's share of numpties and it's good that you've set a precedent by stomping on them "No more numpties for Abby's pub" thoughts from here Poor Cliffy I hope the metacam helps, Nige I am happily procrastinating. Should be sorting "stuff" but can't be bothered The kids are off to St Johns Cadets shortly
  7. for Clive's worried dad And quick, easy op thoughts for Clive himself
  8. They are both so very special, Marge Spike and Cherry, I mean, not the beds
  9. Soph has decided to have a bit of fun with Hugo's training and all of his command words are going to be single syllable food items. She's only just started but he does an amazingly fast sit to the command word "Chips" I'm sorry, Nige. What's up with him?
  10. I used to grow all sorts of veg in pots, buckets, water butts and growbags and fairly successfully And then we adopted a lurcher pup The only food that I have now is my strawberry plant, but Bear used to nick the fruit off of it and now Bran does
  11. No, but I had a Fuji pocket digital camera before so many of the settings are exactly the same It stopped just after I warned you I'm glad you had a good weekend :GroupHug:
  12. You really are a raving fruitbat, aren't you Cheryl? What you need is a proper dark room I really hope that the egg is ok
  13. Bear's still sitting on the fireplace in the lounge - where we all spend most of our time - so that he doesn't get lonely When he first died, I was determined that I was going to scatter his ashes at Cefn Sidan - his favourite beach - because I *needed* him to be free with the seagulls and not trapped in a box. However, I was in no fit state mentally to actually follow it through and now, a year down the line, I no longer feel as if I need to do anything with them. I quite like to have them here but I have no strong emotional attachment to them any more. I know in my heart that he's not in that box, he's by my side always but I always feel it strongest when we do go to Cefn Sidan His collar and lead are also hung from the end of the curtain pole as Flora quite likes to go and nudge it with her nose from time to time Kevin cat's ashes are sat halfway up the stairs because that's where he always sat shrieking for yet more food I feel differently about his ashes because he was an indoor cat and so the house was his favourite place. Anyone going up or down the stairs will speak to the box as if it *is* Kevin, but nobody talks to Bear's box - if we need to talk to him, we just do, wherever we are Huge for you though. It's a tough day for you
  14. Awwwwwwwwwwwww. That's so sweet
  15. Mags - thinking lots of good thoughts for your mum and good luck with the photos How nice of you I have the S1000FD and I love it Mog, I'm sorry, but I fear that may be an imposter and not really Farah at all That dog looks far too clean to be Farah Absolutely brill news and hope you didn't get too wet Jules - just to help with the decision, may I draw your attention to your signature
  16. We'll be watching this one. We watched Blood, Sweat and T-Shirts last time and that was a right eye-opener
  17. Ooh Millie is gorgeous How very lucky for her that that lady was in the right place at the right time I'm sorry her sibling didn't make it though Run free, little angel
  18. These are exactly the words I've wanted to say to you, Billy, but couldn't find a way to put it Sending you and Mal so many :GroupHug:
  19. Oh my goodness, Maz How utterly terrifying Well done for thinking so fast and as for you, silly George Don't scare your mummy like that again!

  21. Sorry Marge, I meant to send a for your poorly face as well
  22. What a lovely photo Andrea - have I imagined an explanation of what you're doing the photo wot needs framing? Soph is preparing a tutorial now I have had a weird old evening trying to set this forum up Jacob is very helpfully assisting me but is very impatient. I couldn't find the phone number of the person I really needed to talk to so have spent hours on the phone chatting to 3 friends I've not seen for a while whilst tracking down the number and then finally spent a fab and funny few hours on the phone discussing Important Business with the person I needed to talk to because she had consumed wine before the phone "meeting" My neck hurts now though
  23. Well done on the card sale, Ange Michelle - just for you, Prince Hugo in his bear jumper That's really off Amy and thank you Excellent spending, that man Glad you enjoyed the course and YOWCH! Is he ok? That sounds Bran is wet and tired again. Hallelujah for rainy days when nobody else wants to go walking The house is sparkly clean. I've been to Specsavers to get my noo glasses adjusted. We've also been to Asda with the intention of buying about 4 things but there was LOADS of reduced stuff so the freezer is now full of goodies My baby boy has been reading up while I've been gone and has told me that he plans to get a Saturday job in the brill music shop - I feel very proud that he's so keen to get a job but so sad that he's old enough to get any sort of job And now I am going to set up the noo home ed forum Sophie - aged 10 3/4 - says that she can tell you how to do it She is my Photoshop Queen
