  1. a huge well done to all of you who spoke and emailed on the parts (sp - anagram lol ) phone in today I did hear your bubbas in the background at end tho' Rick and spilt me coffee over keyboard - sorry! pmsl here that Alan chap with the Ridgeback was brill, but I did turn it off when steam started to come out of my ears so missed some of what was said. I think Eve knows summat is up cos she has been getting on my lap every time I've parked in a chair today bless her, and thank dog no one has heard her cos she's been 'purring' for England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales whilst sitting on me
  2. last year when I was selling t shirts for a Rottie charity? Quite a few of you on here bought one (or 2) well now I'm selling top quality calendars so please go and look in 'Fundraising' for more details THANKS Sue
  3. Mel - i think you should push for the 30 min time slot love, 15 is going to go soooo quick and you might miss crucial info, the reason I say this is cos i did a lecture in a hall full of primary children once on the captivity of whales and it went so fast, what with questions and stuff anyway best of luck and you go get em girl
  4. Just wondered if any of you have these and if you rate them at all? Thanks Sue
  5. when I questioned my vet about puppy food for the foster pup i had recently, he said not to bother putting her on junior or anything like that, as he so succinctly put it ' when dogs are out in the wild do they say to each other 'o we cant eat that it's a baby bird, we're too big for that now, or, that's too big for us, best go find something more suitable for our size' in other words, all this 'puppy', 'junior', 'senior' is a clever marketing ploy by the dog food manufacturers, so as long as my dog stays healthy and happy on what i give her i wont bother changing her diet, hope this helps
  6. that is a fantastic pic - i wish i was good at captions alas i'm not but 'where did the cone come from' cracked me up please can i save this in my folder? pretty please it's so classic
  7. I'd love to see my Rotti in a bikini - NOT!!!!
  8. I hope this arsehole rots in hell for what he did, but can I just say? the people who took the dogs to him are just as guilty in my opinion? I am so ashamed to be human sometimes the way some people treat animals, and not just dogs either, i heard on local radio news yesterday that a cat had been found on the other side of Newton Abbot in a small village with its head cut off, sorry to digress but i get so damn angry
  9. A very big THANK YOU to all of you on here who ordered t shirts from me, I apologise, I should have posted that they are on their way, you should have them by Friday (I have no excuse really except I'm looking after a pup for RWA ) Thank you once again Sue xx
  10. That was beautiful and very eloquent, lovely pics and just a thought? would one of the 'clever with computrs' people be able to send this to that chap at The Times? (firstly try to speak to him to tell him to expect it though)?? If you want me to I can try to get hold of him?
