  2. Hubbie wasn't sure on having a pup in the house ... "Well, he's got to sleep in a crate, in the kitchen and he is not allowed on the bed ... blah, blah, blah" - all the usual stuff we fosterers have learnt to ignore ... Then This morning This hapened ... TODAY LEO HAS GONE TO HIS NEW HOME (didn't take long he's only been here a week) Well Done to the rescue K-nine Care for making this happen Be good baby boy we will really miss you
  3. I now have the pleasure of little Leo staying with me ... and I must say he is fab He is approx 18 weeks old and although he has not had a good start to life he is now a typical little pup who loves his cuddles Who ever gets this pup will be getting a bright, loyal, smart little mate-for-life. He is crate trained and settles with no fuss (dry all night) And he is getting there with his house-training during the day (that's because I do not read the signs quick enough - sorry Leo I will try harder ) Just look at those colours AND he is dog and cat friendly - what more could anyone want? Please contact 01484 846228 for more details

  7. Kali and Buttons (the cat) bring me LIVE mice - both cat and dog can catch them equally well but once they have installed them in the house they become my responsibility and the little horrors go back outside to find more ...
  8. There are the cattle type gates that you have to walk into, swing around and then go through the way we go but they are quite large, not sure if there is a way around them but the actual path to the river is unmade (if any of this makes any sense )
  9. RSPCA Dog of the Year 2007 "Vote Teija Hughes" Pleeezeee will you vote for my little girl? http://www.rspca.org.uk/servlet/Satellite?...3772197#details Ohhh and 'pass it on' – Tell the World
  10. Dog friendly walk from train station through the woods by the canal to The Tunnel End Inn A quick pint (just look at that view) The riverside path Great places for a quick paddle on such a hot day Both girls love it - not too deep and slow running (most of the time) A great place to visit and play ... (please excuse water marks on vid )
  11. This is soooo sad ... there just are no words
  12. This is my foster and he is the easiest of all to groom ... http://s219.photobucket.com/albums/cc255/M...nt=Pic_0348.flv
  13. These are fab ... what horrribbble parents we all are Kali has just started perfecting the 'woe is me' face teaming it with a collie sigh at various intervals just so we can also hear how hard her life is ...
  14. Teija (being deaf and blind) has developed a bad trait of 'bite first ask questions later' attitude so I am having to teach her to wear a soft muzzle for when we are out because I don't trust her to not employ this tactic when approached. She would have freaked if that had happened to her Well Done Dexter for being so luuuvvely with the little brats
  15. I had a really bad feeling about this which is why I was so worried ... RSPCA pts as it would not have quality of life ... Words cannot express how I feel about this Run free little baby At least your (now no-existant) furtire is saved from power-crazed uneducated idiots to all those who tried their best.
  16. Is this all sorted now? No one contacted me (why am I not surprised) seems there is a worrying trend on these forums for help to be requested and then never followed-up which is a shame because people will eventually stop offering if all thier goodwill is never acted upon.
  17. LOL - Teija does that to Kali alllll the time it is so funny, she never learns and we then have to put up with 'that' look and the collie 'huffs' out loud until something more interesting comes along
  18. I am luvvving this thread PLAYING Kali (gosh she was soooo tiny) Kali and Buttons Teija and grandkids HELPING SLEEPING Kali Kali and Teija And always ... LAUGHING at the world Teija
