Mags
We got some ex battery hens on Sunday. They're in better condition than I thought they would be (they were in a rescue for about a week) and are settling in really well. They all went into their house themselves tonight It was raining today so they weren't that impressed, probably their first experience of rain. I was trying to get some pics but only two were out so this is the best I could get

EAD
They are lovely and well done you for rescuing them Do you have dogs and what do they make of them?
Mags
I have three dogs but there is a fence seperating the dogs and the chickens. There is no way I would trust the dogs. Bruno boxer looks at them now and again with a typical boxer frown. Misty westie tries to chew her way through the wire so watching that closely and Bob terrier thinks they're better than television and hasn't taken his eyes off them.
