Ive changed from normal to diet drinks, now im told they are bad,so which do I drink? what is 'good and bad foods'? Hey Jazz, if you mean fizzies, both are equally bad and I feel your pain. They are lovely, but addictive and totally bad for you, and I have to stop drinking them too.
