tegk68
On the first Sunday of every month, Wiltshire Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue have a free staffy workshop, where you bring your little staffy along, socialise and do some fun training etc. I went along today with Aggie and it was great fun. We learnt loads about how to read your dog; staffy massages (T Touch) and loads more. As well as all of that, we also met up with little Patchy, the staffy who was so badly neglected. Patchy is looking fantastic. His weight has gone from 10.2kg to 18kg now; his eyes are now brown (instead of blue due to lack of exposure to daylight); his hair is growing back all lovely and white on the bald patches; and he is managing four laps of the paddock now where as before he had to be carried etc due to no muscle tone. He looks so happy bless him and is such a dear, sweet boy. It will be another two or so months before he can go to his forever home as he's still got some heart issues which requires veterinary attention etc - so exercise is little but often. But WOW, has he ever come on Here's some photos of our day out to 'Stafford Sunday': Muffin & Harley Muffin enjoying a massage Handsome Harley Aggie and me Patchy

tegk68
He does look good doesn't he and my oh my is it good to see Just a wee note about WSBTR's 'Stafford Sundays' - these are free and held the first Sunday of every month. The next one is May 2nd and there's going to be a BBQ as well You don't have to have a staffy to attend (but if you do it's an opportunity to do some socialisation and training and iron out any probs you may have etc), just be a staffy lover and of course a great opportunity to meet Patch too . They're held in Collingbourne Kingston, North Wiltshire and close to Hampshire, Oxfordshire counties etc etc. More info on the Facebook page here: http://www.facebook.com/WSBTR?v=wall#!!
