I got it from America, www.thankfulpaws.com. They do deaf, shy, blind etc, I had great service from them, even to emailing me to check Cecil's size. He has a bandana as well but it tends to ruck up because of his big head so I'm going to put a bit of velcro on it and his coats so I can hold it straight.
