A FRIEND HAS AN URGENT APPEAL !!!!! WHILST VISITING RELATIVES IN BIRMINGHAM HER YOUNG MALE BORDER COLLIE WAS IN THE BACK GARDEN WHEN I FIREWORK WENT OFF AND HE RAN OFF HE IS BLACK AND WHITE AND WENT MISSING AT 8.45PM LAST NIGHT (SATURDAY 7th NOV) , HE IS UNFAMILIAR WITH THE AREA HE IS WEARING A COLLAR WITH A TAG ON BUT THE TEL NO IS THE WRONG NO AND HE IS CHIPPED BUT AGAIN THE DETAILS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED .
