Chocolate

Me of gluten free, iron count 7 (should be 15), and also needing calcium, I had an interesting appointment with the dietician. I've just been reading the foods high in iron sheet and on it is chocolate - any kind. Now I never knew that!!

 

Not a particular fan of chocolate it has to be said but I thought that would make a nice justification for some more munching! See - Cocoa Beans, Beans, let's just call it a vegetable :biggrin:

don't forget it is made with milk, therefore calcium, therefore extra good for your bones.

 

(please don't come along and spoil the illusion anyone!)
