cycas Posted April 11, 2009 Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 I'm wondering about whether if they are going to wipe Wendy's hard drive and lose all her own photos and records, if that can really be legal? Surely the data belongs to Wendy and when it has been checked for criminal content, should be returned to her, in exactly the same way that any other possession should be returned?
