Fee
Scruffy is a 12 year old Collie x Lurcher who has come into Oldies Club care as his owners are emigrating. He's now in an Oldies Club foster home him Plymouth, Devon. His foster carer tells us: "Scruffy really lives up to his name! He is also the perfect house guest with lovely manners. He gets on great with children, cats and our two pet rabbits. He has a lovely nature and is so gentle. He loves walks and is good on the lead. He's a very friendly fellow and well-behaved off the lead, never venturing too far. When we meet other dogs, he makes friends quickly, saying hello and moving on when called. Scruffy loves company but is quite happy being left for 4 or 5 hours with no problems." Scruffy is in good health. His vaccinations are up to date and he has been microchipped and flea and worm treated. He will be neutered before being rehomed. One of his ears is deformed due to an old injury, but this causes him no distress and gives him an endearing look, with one ear up and one ear down! If you are interested in offering Scruffy a new home, please refer to our Adoption Procedures for information about the adoption process. You can then contact an Oldies Club rehoming co-ordinator as follows: Email: [email protected] Telephone: 0844 586 8656 Scruffy can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, subject to a satisfactory home visit, but note that you will be required to travel to the foster home to meet him. He's a real cutie! If my oldest fella wasn't so touchy I'd be interested.
