Hoping the couple will work with you so that he does receive better care in the future. Not meant as a dig at anyone by the way. ranirottie Posted November 15, 2008 Author Report Share Posted November 15, 2008 I always use aqueous cream on tender bits I am going to have a gentle word with the man when he picks Bruce up tomorrow. Bruce nearly took my hand off when I tried to take a bit more off his nails,he is a bit grumpy about all sorts of things, so I think he needs a visit to the vets to have lots of bits sorted.He is a very amusing old grump tho, I call him Victor Meldrew. x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ranirottie Posted November 16, 2008 Author Report Share Posted November 16, 2008 I have just had a call from his "mum" to say that she is out of hospital and will collect him at 5. I mentioned that he needs to go to the vets to have his claws taken right back and she said it takes 3 people to hold him down while the vet does it. After the first snap,which he got a smack for, he has not made a murmur as I have been gradually taking more bits off his nails. They are still long in my opinion,but half the size they were and he is walking a lot easier.
