My heart and stomach always leap into my mouth when I pull up at my elderly mom's bungalow and the curtains are still shut, which has happenend several times. She wears an emergency help call button but 'doesn't like to use it'!!!!!!!!!. My mum does that as well - always says it goes off when she doesn't want it to and is worried that the call centre will stop answering her even though we've told her they really don't mind.
