EGAR Posted November 9, 2007 Report Share Posted November 9, 2007 (edited) Great sadness has descended on me today. Molly Pointy Miss has died peacefully in her sleep at her home near Athenry in Co. Galway. Her *owners* could never be tracked and she was already quite old... Molly was found in an emaciated state on the side of the road near to EGAR Christmas 2004. She could not walk at all and had to be carried in a blanket.... 10 weeks later she was successfully adopted by friends of EGAR. She lived with Tara a border collie, Rua a collie x dog and three cats. Molly suffered badly from arthritis and was on medication for the rest of her life. She was a gentle dog, who enjoyed long walks and the odd burst of running. She is sadly missed by all who knew her... RIP Pointy Miss Molly...
