Rumpole Posted October 18, 2007 Report Share Posted October 18, 2007 although incidents do occur its being typically blown out of all proportion according to a very recent met police report there is no evidence to suggest any rise in numbers of dogs being used in crime in general but that doesnt sell newspapers i quote 3. There were no recorded cases of anyone who was prosecuted under the Dangerous Dogs Act being recorded as in possession of another weapon at the time. 4. There is very little evidence of anyone being in possession of a dog used to commit an offence not covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act.
