jax39 Posted October 16, 2007 Report Share Posted October 16, 2007 I was thinking back to a dog my aunt and uncle owned when I was a child, a beautiful afghan who i adored. It made me realise that I havent seen one in years in years, and was wondering why? Does anyone on here own one, or know why this breed is not common any more. greytgirl Posted October 16, 2007 Report Share Posted October 16, 2007 I think they are beautiful graceful dogs...and when I look back as a child Im horrified that our facing neighbours used to have one a lovely sandy coloured girl, but she was constantly chained up right at the end of the path away from the house looking back now the poor soul led an awful life..wish I had a wiser head on my shoulders as a child!
