Bernie Posted August 31, 2007 Report Share Posted August 31, 2007 (edited) Because Scampi has been so poorly since Easter I have neglected his grooming, (he had a slipped disc which was very painful), as a result he had quite a few mats, some I managed to cut out but didn't feel confident enough to clip him. Well I booked him in with Di (Helly) and today took him so that her groomers could bathe and clip him. I expected to end up with a nearly bald dog, but it shows what the professionals can do. He still has his lovely long coat, and no more mats. The amount of hair groomed out would fill a pillowcase, but his feet and legs have been trimmed to perfection as well as round his eyes. Isn't he the most handsome lad. Thank you so much Di and please say a very big thank you to the girl who did him, I forgot to ask her name, sorry. I am so pleased and know he must feel so much better. BTW he still isn't asleep and has actually asked to go for a walk, so that tired act was a con. Before. After.
