  1. Thanks Sam and all, mum sounds a bit "fragile" you can tell she is really worried but she is keeping it together for us, because she is just as worried about us as herself, bless her xx
  2. Thanks all, the MRI scan is next Tuesday at 9.30 unless they get a cancellation. She is anxious about the scan having had one before so they doctor has given her a diazapan to help her out, it helps popping on here
  3. Thanks everyone I wonder if its because my mum has had a bad year, she lost her sister in June and her older sister has just been treated for Breast cancer too, maybe the stress of it all is too much. We are being really positive and supportive, please God she'll be ok, just not fair. Thanks all, this is kind of a private place for me on here and I do come here everyday even though I might not post, I do check in xxx
  4. My beautiful mum was diagnosed with this poxy disease last Wednesday :'( we are gutted as you can imagine. She had a "line" under her breast and it turns out she has grade 2 which is a "good" one to have. She is waiting for the MRI scan, then a partial mastectomy and radiotherapy. I don't know if anyone remembers, but in 2008 my sister in law was diagnosed and my best friend, thank God they are both in remission, which makes us feel more optimistic, but oh my, its all rubbish :'( Hi have to have a scream on here, can't do it on Facebook as my mum is on there. I can't explain how I feel, but I know that if I am watching tv or walking the dogs, my mind will go off it for a few minutes, then BAM!!! It hits me, the roller coaster lurches in my stomach and hot tears fill my eyes. I know BC is no longer a death sentance, but its not like having your appendix out and its all over. My mum is 68 and my dad is 79, I feel soooo sad for them, hence the rant on here, so sorry eveyone, but it was needed! Thanks Karen xxx
  5. And the sexy sexy Christina Rihanoff cor she is gorgeous!
  6. Thanks all, she is better off I think, not very nice for her the last few weeks xx
  7. Well, my aunt Mary is now at peace she passed at 1.am today, Sleep tight Mary, we can't say anything on Facebook etc as there are some members of the family away. Thanks for your comments.
  8. Thanks all, Ian, Ginger my uncle died 10 years ago My aunt has gone down hill again today, ice blue eyes again and her cheeckbones are chiselled and she's weak. The answer online I read about blue eyes, is that when people die, there eyes stop getting wet and a film appears over them causing them to go blue, kind of makes sense, but its the only answer I can find. Interesting to see that Ian, your uncles eyes changed colour too. I hope for my aunt Mary that she doesn't linger on to long she won't get better, she has cancer in her lungs, kidneys, lymph nodes. She was taken in with pnuemonia originally, she has smoked constantly from a very young age and was on oxygen at home, she has emphezema and brittle bones from smoking too, not good, wish my sister would give up!
  9. Thanks Jacobean. I feel really sorry for my mum too, when she lost her brother Ginger 10 years ago, she also lost her sister Christine 3 weeks before and now she has her elder sister Mary dying of lung cancer and the elder sister Joanie with breast cancer, horrid!
  10. Hi all, when my uncle Ginger died, on the actual day, he was in his 60s, his eyes turned ice blue, they were brown all of his life. My aunt Mary is dying in a hospice as I type, mum went to see her at the weekend and her eyes were ice blue, mum said she couldn't get over how they looked. When she went to see her today, they looked almost back to there normal colour :/ why do they do this? I googled it and have found one answer, but I will see if any of you say the same thing. Sorry its a morbid question and thanks Karen x

  14. I would bath them in flea shampoo, groomers is very good or vetzyme, treat the house with RIP Fleas or something from the vets. I am a groomer and the fleas drop off in the bath with this shampoo

  16. I agree with the last 3 posts, Sinitta is a weak, pathietic woman (sorry) but I can't stand her, am getting very bored with her trials as are Ant especially and Dec I think. WTH does she thinks these animals/bugs are gonna do to her? WTH would you even go in the jungle if you were truly that scared? I wouldn't visit a hospital for fun, or see clowns or touch a balloon (My phobias)I don't do weak people, sorry again
