    Ozzy

Some of you will know the last 18 months have been shocking here. It all came to a head in May this year, and has resulted in a massive change in my home life. Long story short is i haven't been able to give Ozzy the time and attention he needs. When Rich first left in may Kazz offered to foster Ozzy for me so i could try and sort my girls, my life, and myself out. I've tried my best to make sure everyone is getting what they need but, i can't do it. I can't do it on my own. Yesterday i took Ozzy to go and stay with Aunty Kazz, with a view to him staying permenantly if he fits in with her own dogs. Everything is really hard at the moment, and i'm working too. I honestly didn't know what to do for the best, but, i did know Ozzy wasn't getting what he needed and that's not fair. I didn't want to have to do this but, i have honestly done this for him. My heart is breaking but, he seems happy, and i know Kazz will look after him. I don't know what happens next, at the minute i'm just going day by day. I haven't done this to 'get rid of my dog'. I've done this for Ozzy to be happy. Thankyou Kazz for taking in my boy, and giving him what i can't. I'll always be grateful. Be happy son

  15. Thankyou. The kids bought me some lovely earrings and 2 bunches of roses bless them. Next year can't be any worse than this so, here's hoping.
  16. I've called him a lot more than that. I'd do it to his face but he hasn't been replying to my texts or phonecalls. Yup. He's gone. Back to his mum's. We'll be fine. I hope. Thankyou
  17. Husbands that pack up and feck off leaving you with 4 children, who also then empty the bank account and refuse to reply to texts and phonecalls.
  18. I need to go to the tip to the recycle centre as stupid Husband forgot to put the recycling out properly Why does something as simple as a man make everything so complicated? I may let Ozzy lick his plate before i put his tea on it tonight.
  19. Julia. How's Tommy doing? Is it today he has to go into hospital? Why are you gardening at such an ungodly time ms. Bejo? Jenna update: She has had a comfortable night, and the fluids have perked her up. The blood tests are showing her kidney function is ok for a dog her age. The scan however has revealed a very infected womb which, would explain the bleeding. They are going to do an emergency spey this morning. I'm so mad i could pop. My vet will not under any circumstances spey a dog over 7 UNLESS they show signs of pyo. I had this argument with him with Angel. He feels it's too big an operation to put an older dog through just for the sake of it. He called it elective surgery. Until my argument with him it was age 9 now, it's age 7. My mum asked him to spey Jenna ages ago, and he wouldn't. Now lookat her. An over night stay, drips, scan, and an emergenct stay. Still, it'll be a nice little earner for 'em :banghead:
  20. The vets have kept Jenna in. She has a rip roaring temperature, she's dehydrated despite drinking copious amounts of water today. They thnk it's her kidneys. She's on a drip to try get her stabilised, and they'll scan her in the morning. They have warned my mum if it IS her kidneys, they won't be able to do much. I can't imagine her not being around. She's been in the family since she was 6 weeks old. She comes here when my mum goes on holiday rather than kennels. She's gotto be alright. Apparantly Misty is going nuts running round the house looking for her.
  21. I may well do that My mum has just rung and her older westie jenna is really ill. She's just ringing the vets for advice. Jenna is 13 this year and a real poppett.
  22. No, sadly, tis not a bra related expression. I have nothing to fill a bra with. 'cept tissues. It's more a "i cannot for the life of me find the words i really want but i'm not sat on the fence getting splinters in my @rse" expression.
