  4. Kathy, it depends on how thick and squishy you want the beanbag to be. Ive just made 2 myself and i used 10cft for a 4ft x 4ft beanbag. and a word fo advice, make sure you put a very large zip in otherwise you'll spend a LONG time putting beans into it

  8. £60 for 6 days worth of meals is easy (depending on how many you are feeding) I spend about £50 per week on food for me, hubby, and 2 children. some cheap meals are (providing your not a vegetarian) Buy one large pack of mince, make a spag bol out of one half the pack, and use the other half to make a chilli, or cottage pie. Buy 2 chickens (if there's more than 2 of you) cook both at same time (saving gas or electric) have chicken and salad one night and make the other into a curry for the following night, any surplus can be used for dinner the nex day or frozen for another night. Buy some sausages (local butcher is cheaper then supermarket) make some into a sausage casserole, and any left overs have sausage chips, egg and beans the night after! There's 6 easy and cheap meals! Buy a large bag of potatoes, have baked potato with your chilli, mash with your casserole, and make your own chips. Hope that helps
  9. does anyone have the following problem the same as me???????? I have a two tier hutch (its one from P@H) and i clean it out every 3days fully. The problem im having is that my dear Bunny, uses her litter tray 50% of the time but the other 50% she does it up the sides of the hutch. it then trickles down into the little creases around the top level, then down into the bottom storey. And its seeping into the wood, making it warp as well as stink so im having to dissasemble the whole hutch each time and hose it all off as the flies are starting to lay their horrible little eggs in the creases where the pee gathers. Im off down to B&Q tonight to get some lino and lino it top to bottom does anyone else have the same problem, and any solutions besides lino'ing the whole hutch??

An infected file was found and it asked me what i wanted to do with it. well being a bit dim i deleted it My comp has now lost alot of its files. I have just had to re-set up IE7 and have lost alot of my favourites. Ive got to go through and find out what else ive lost too Ive tried a system restore but it wont allow me to do it (because the file isnt there probably) anyone any ideas on how i get back that file??
  16. OK, i thought i was fairly small and neat until just now when i took these photo's. I cant believe how huge it is! i must have slimming mirrors in my house............................. ok ok i know i just didnt want to admit i was already a heffalump here's my wee man at 24 + 3 weeks

  18. I cant for the life of me remeber who it was who was having problems with acceleration of their car. The problem wasnt all the time and would correct itself when the engine was turned off................. Well when i originally read the thread, i though oooooh that sounds like my car and no-body could find the problem.Well i wanted to let the person (whoever it was) know that the problem is the turbo!!! and to get it fixed ASAP!!! We had the same symptoms described by the other fugee, and 2 weeks ago took it into my local garage for a quick once over. He found that the Turbo release valve was stuck, so he free'd it up for me. It solved the problem for a couple of days so we were going to book it in properly last week. Well, last saturday it died OH had travelled to Cambridge on a bit of business and as he was about to come home it refused to move. I had to call and join the AA at a cost of £175! and i got the quote for repairs on Friday................................ £1097!!!!!! It needs a new Turbo on it and a whole new exhaust system as the turbo had pulled all the oil out the engine and pushed it through the exhaust, flooding the Catalytic converter. So to the fugee who had the same symptoms, please go get your turbo checked before it dies completely (thats is you havent found the problem already, and your car has a turbo on it) Oooooh found the thread...........It was Nettie Original thread
  19. Thankyou for all your suggestions Ive not done anything with it yet as ive not been well the last couple of days, so have been in bed for most of it. I was worried about the opening someone else's mail thing, but the letter looked very important and i was in 2 minds as to what to do. Thanks Alison ill take a look. I have had mail before for this mans name, and ive simply popped it back in the post as "no longer at this address".
  20. didnt think of doing that! Ill pop it over to the police station later and see if they can help. I hate to think that someone is waiting for news on his daughter for it to go to the wrong address. But on the other hand, i hate to think that its a spam mail and they are using a little girls details. Thankyou for the advice, can always count on fugees
  21. This is quite a weird ask, so im looking for some advice on what to do. A letter came through my door this morning, it was for my address, but had the wrong name on it. Its from a hospital in France so i opened it in case it was something important. The letter says that it is in regards to this mans daughter who is 8 years old and has been hospitalized in France. I dont know of this person the letter is addressed to, and so i am unsure of what to do. Ive found the website for the hospital she is suposed to be in (or been in) but it says the cirtificated are not verified, so i dont want to go clicking anything in case its a spam letter with a spam website what would you do?? here's the site Website of hospital, using a translator
  22. OMG Mel you have just described my 9 year old daughter Jessica!!! She refuses to wash unless forced to and is quite happy to go a week without a wash of any sort. She shares a bedroom with her little sis aged 4 and its disgusting. I deep cleaned it 2 weeks ago and there was 19 bags of rubbish, half the cutlery draw, most of the mugs, and 5 plates, along with mouldy food on them. Ive just had to do it again this morning as Poppy had peed all over the floor and the kids had got acrylic paintall over their brand new bedroom carpet. on the deep cleaning day i removed 10 wash loads of clothes neither of my children will halp me around the house and even if i bribe them with money, whatever they are cleaning up usually ends up stuffed behind a chair or under a bed yet at school both my kids cant do enough to help out
  23. sending lots and lots of get well thoughts to your dad
