I'm not sure but I think U.K. companies are under that law but not foreign ones (could be wrong though). Can you block them as Snow suggested (in Outlook Express for instance)?

I think somewhere there is an option to open everything in a new (extra) window, I'll see if I can find it. This worked for me and I have IE 7 (should be similar in IE 6) Tools>Internet Options TAB - Display how webpages are displayed in tabs. SETTINGS Open links from other programs: A new window (click the radio button). Hope it helps Denese.

My OH gets a lot of stuff from Novatech, just this last week he bought me a new graphics card via the easyfundraising system which got 4 Pawz and More A. R. a small amount in return. OH says they do some good barebones systems.
