Morning The sun is shining. I think I'm abit poorly at the moment though..can't quiet make out but I'm very achy and tired and have a real 'can't be bothered' attitude...which don't get me wrong I have at all times in this office but usually with Kane and the Rabble I'm a bouncing ball...but last night it was a real struggle to tack Kane up and go for a potter. I even couldn't find the energy to get back on him after opening the last gate so walked back to the yard...t'was funny cos 2 people came running out to make sure I was okay and hadn't falled off....oh my horses reputation goes far!!! I know I seriously must register with a Doctor. Hope everyone else is okay? Off to read back and make sure.

Oh meant to say this morning...guess what dopy here did? Sunday evening I was moving some of the dogs frozen meat to the 2nd freezer so I could turn the other one off...well must of got intrupted cos last night I went into the shed to get some meat to defrost, and yes I'd left the bloody freezer door open and half a tonne of meat was in a big bloody pile!!!! I think around £30 worth of food!!! I'm so annoyed at myself!!!!! Dogs were happy cos they got huge meal last night and this morning...also friend up the road also got a treat for her lot!!! Couldn't find any other takers so bin men will have a nice surprise in a week and a bit!!

You are discribing Sidney to a tee!!!! He was housetrained in days too!! Get used to the ball thing...invest in a chuck-it...your arms will thank you!!! I'm extreamly jealous you get to experience the puppy days, I miss having such an intelligent fantastic poopie around, I loved every second of Sidney's puppyhood. I'll be watching his every move so you make sure you keep posting!! I can't wait to see how Baxter turns out, he's absolutely stunning already.

Our computers are going mad!! Just tried to do the weeks payments and instead of paying people we've taken credits!! Whoops!!! Boss is on leave, 2nd in command is on leave and I just don't care enough to be bothered!! I'm certainly not sorting this out cos the boss shouldn't ever of taken leave at the same time as her assistant!! Nevermind looks like we'll be having a quiet week!!! Sawyer is YUMMMYYYYYYY!!!

No me neither, this year there is no one hugely likeable. I've got money on Rex or Stu to win so I'm hoping it's one of them (unlikely now though!!! ). Got to say I'm liking Lisa more and more, but only because she's un-intentionally very funny!!!

I'm a great believer in that with houses, I've lost so many I thought were the home of my dreams and then round the corner comes the real dream one!!! The place I'm in now, I looked at another house on the row when we first decided to sell the farm and I completely loved the house and the village. Only to loose out because our sale fell through, nearly a year later and I started looking after we'd exchanged on the farm (wasn't going to bother until then!) and literally that day I saw this little cottage on the website, it was the same row in the same village!! I went to see it (before the board had even gone up) and secured it for £30k less than the house 2 doors down that I'd wanted before!! I love this little house, and I love the village.

Come and get me boys!!!

I'm afraid I agree, I've bought and sold more houses than I care to remember (wander feet here!! ) and I never take it off the market or stop showing it until I've exchanged, and I wouldn't expect anyone else to do so either. I've been stung too many times by people who have guaranteed they want the house, only to pull out the day before exchanging. If this one doesn't work out then it's for a reason, you'll find the house of your dreams soon...and in this market you are in a fab position.

I saw him on MT and was SOOOOOO in love!!!!!!!! He's absolutely gorgeous! If he's half the dog my Poodle cross is you are in for some fun!!! They are fantastic dogs and full of energy (esp crossed with a cocker!! ). Congratulations and welcome home Baxter. I've just scrolled down and seen Marions comment!!! As if I'd do anything like poopie-napping....where did you live btw???? Had to show you this...

I've been looking at this little fella on Wicc's site and was sooooo tempted by him!!!

Blimey hope you are okay? I think Sidney would drop his ball by me and bark (I mean what are you thinking laying down and not playing ball!!! ) Cooper and Tiz would be straight in for a snog and a cuddle, well they are both staffy crosses!!! The only one who might show some actual concern is Cromwell!! He's Mr Independant but he's the first one to know if I'm upset about something or need some affection, so there's a chance he might raise the alarm, he has a very distinctive bark/howl that would alert someone to me.

OMG!!! They are absolutely stunning!!! I can easily see why you had 2 of them!!! I could easily become a mad cat woman but with Cosmic Cat ruling the roost and Herbert being a sod I'm lucky they restrict me to 2!!!

I love this class at fun dog shows. Usually I take Sidney and Cooper cos we have one long legged hairy beastie and one short, wonky and fat smiler

Whoops sorry!!! I've been on and put lots of stuff in my cart but not paid for it yet...that way I get the enjoyment of shopping but don't actually have to pay for it. Then once I get home and see the huge amount of toys my lot already have I feel better about not buying anymore!!! There is logic in there somewhere!!

Funny you should bring this up!! I was just telling someone at the weekend that I hated Tiz's name!!! She's the only one I kept because she did seem to know it. I really wanted to call her Gertrude and do regret not changing (esp since learning the abuse she recieved at the hands of the person that named her Tiz ). Sidney was called Dylan, but my parents already have a dog with that name, plus the moment I saw him I knew he was Sidney. He was only 10 weeks old so I had no problems changing it. Cromwell was called Fred by the kennel staff, but he definately isn't a Fred. The first road sign I saw after collecting him was called Cromwell Road and I thought it was a good name for my little fighter. And Cooper was Duke, after I decided he was no longer a foster I wanted to change it because to me Duke is a big dogs name, not a wonky old StaffyxJRT!! I thought Coop sounded like Duke when shouted (as I do!!) so Cooper it was!!
