I forgot to ask earlier, Laura, but has your doctor given you any medication for helping with the IBS? I only ask because I didn't know that there was anything that you could take and would just cut out everything that made me worse when my IBS flared up, but on the last flare I saw a different GP and she prescribed me tablets that I could take 20 minutes before eating and they've worked brilliantly
