Not going know dogs have come down with kennel cough :mecry: i'm so disappointed

Can't wait for this weekend well 4 days oni my greyhound will be in the starters and if she behaves in the mulit breed on Monday and Lucky will be in the hogs team sometime over the weekend. All teams got it which is great Hampshire Harriers/Hounds/Hogs and starters but can't remember what were called

after 4 weeks i had put on 4.5ibs until last week that is when i finally got my head into gear and lost 3.5Ibs and my total loss is 27.5Ibs I feel great This is what my Weight Watchers Leader sent me when my head was all You said you needed a kick up the bum or you'll never get rid of that round little tum so pull your socks up and write everything down and soon a smile will replace your frown! You can do it just sit down and think? what needs to happen to make your tum shrink A smaller bum too would be absolute bliss so if you ask me to kick it i might miss!

We wnet back up to Maidstone Yesterday and the Hampshire Hogs came 4th in devision 3 and we had a great day apart from the long drive home in the rain I was really please with Lucky as he had been so ill just before Christmas Hoping to get Oni to a starters comp in March she is running so well in class but will have to work on her change overs as she wants to chase the dog coming the other way but we'll get their

I'm so angry M&S yet again have mess up again big time In September my DD was cancelled by my bank apparently someone pressed the wrong button so my payment for insurance wasn't paid so i phoned up M&S and paid over the phone and they said they would reistate my DD October came and yet again i had to pay over the phone and again was told the DD would be sorted for next month November came and the same thing happened again and with Decembers payment but this time the DD was sorted for Jan Just checked my DD and its been cancelled so phoned my bank and its nothing to do with them so phoned M&S to be told that i had not paid Decembers payment which i had so they have cancelled my policy (i have a £700 vet bill that needs paying) So i know have to wait untill my OH comes home to pay Dec and Jans payment then they can redo my policy how mad is this if they would have done their jobs in the first place i would not be moning to you but had to tell someone or i would have exploded i can't change do you think i should write in and complain? thanks

Just got back from the gym and have to say that i feel great ready for the challenge ahead Its back to Weight Watchers tomorrow after 3 weeks off I wonder how much i have put on over Christmas It wont bother me onwards and upwards Breakfast: Cornflakes 30g with a WW yogurt 2.5 points Lunch: salad with 4 ryvita with very low fat cheese spread 5 points Dinner: Pasta in a tomato and pepper sauce 5.5 points treats: Salt and Vinigar snack a Jacks 2 points and a slice of WW toffee cake 1 Point total 16 points well under my daily allowance I need 10 more Points Also still got to add points for going to the gym and walking the dogs for 1hrs and its Flyball training tonight so more running around is anyone else doing WW

Is it ok if i join in on this thread too I have been going to Weight Watchers since the end of July o7 and have lost 28.5lbs i still need to lose about 6.5 stone but i'll get their Its going to be 3 weeks on Tuesday since being weighed and i'm not happy as i think i would have put on a bit but i have been to the gym and have been swimming and walking the dogs so i don't know Me and my dad go together and encorage each other my dad has lost 18.5ibs too my mum was doing it but in 6 weeks had put on more than she had lost i don't think she was taking it that seriously anyway as of today i will be back on the wagon NO MORE CHOCOLATE

Please can you send some Reiki over to Lucky he has been in the vets on a drip since Tuesday and the whole family is really missing him he has a low immune system and has picked up a nasty tummy bug which he is having problems shifting here is my beautiful boy thank you

Their going to keep him in again and run some more tests to make sure that he hasn't got a blockage. Just before leaving to go to the vets he past lots of bloody mucus so somethings not right

Lucky is still being sick and still has a runny tummy so i'm taking him back to the vets at 2.30 He has eaten a little chicken yesterday but today has started to go down hill again he hasn't drunk any water and is still very unlike himself and keeps shivering so please yet again Lucky needs your positive thoughts

My babies home but i still don't think he should be he is really not himself He has had the biggest wee ever :o and still has the runs which my vet said he didn't over night he had a spoon full of fish but nothing else. I'm still very worried about him I have to take him back on Saturday but if i'm worried to take him straight back which ove course i will. Is their anything that i can do to make him feel better he has a coat on as he is shievering and have turned the heating up he is sleeping at the moment. I have also been to the butcher and bout some chicken breast for his tea should i boil it in water ? and when he is back to his normal self how will i go about introducing Raw again. sorry lots of questions thanks again for your thoughts Annyetta Lucky and Oni ps Oni is very happy to have Lucky back

Thank you all for your healing thoughts Lucky is still on a drip this morning but is looking abit brighter they took the exrays and didn't find anything but lots of gas but the hard thing the vet felt was his enlarged spleen he also has enlarged lynth nodes so he has a huge infection going on my vet said that alot of dogs have been coming in with this tummy bug but as Lucky has very little immune system this has hit him harder than most Today they are going to offer him some glucose water then if he keeps that down some chicken/fish but he will still be in for another night if their is no more sickness then tomorrow he can come home. It feels so strange with out him here and Oni has taken to her bed and doesn't want to do anything not even play with her ball which she normally loves to play with I'm going to see Lucky later today and i can't wait. thanks again Annyetta Lucky and Oni

My poor boy Lucky has been being sick for 24hrs and has had the most horrible diahrear and has been sleeping alot also when he walks he walks all hunched up so i have taken him to the vets and the vet thinks she can feel something hard in his tummy i have never seen him so ill he normally greets all the staff in the vets but today just laid on the floor looking very sorry for himself first they are going to put him on a drip and then he's of to be xrayed and my vet will ring me later but i hate leaving him and normally he hates leaving me but today he didn't even look up when i said good bye Luckys only 4yrs old please dog don't let it be serious he is my soul dog and and so please send healing thoughts thank you Annyetta and Lucky

Lurcher thats scared of rabbits Just been for a loverly walk in the forest with Oni and Lucky both dogs running round like loons Oni runs into the bracken when i saw her jump 10ft in the air and take off then saw a rabbit legging it in the oppersite dirrection it was the most funniest thing, after this happened she wouldn't go back in the bracken and kept looking behind herself just incase their where any more scarry bunnies around sorry no pictures but boy i nearly wet myself laughing have you any funny stories about your dogs on walks?

To get the camera out of my face i'm trying to sleep oh mother enough please ha ha Oni's turn know don't know whats shes smiling for though Lucky loves his cuddles on the sofa

Thanks for the tip I glad Tiz is feeling less itchy lucky had tests last week to see what was making him so itchy he looked like a dot to dot after i picked him up from the vets anyway he is allergic to pollen, 4 types of house dust mites, other dogs and is highly alergic to miggies. but atleast we know now. my vet is getting a vaccine made up for him so fingers crossed it will work

well my Mutt Lucky is a golden Olden golden retriever cross old english sheep dog but hes still a mutt to me and a posh one at that. and Oni is a Grewhip or more to the point a loopy lurcher

lucky has been suffering on and of know for about 2yrs with itchy front legs but only on the back and near his nails where he chews until he makes his nails bleed he is also itchy on his face around his muzzle which he also itches until he makes the skin red and sore and this then gets infected so he then needs antibiotics to help clear things up I keep going back to the vets but nothing is ever found that can course this so my vet has put it down to stress i can use any chemaical flea treatment like frontline advantix as he is highly allergic and his skin where the products is put on has wet ossing sores i don't think its fleas but thing are getting worse he gets so down is there anything elce i can do for my boy he is being fed a raw diet with garlic/aloe vera juice and evening primrose oil but nothing is helping? Luckys going back to the vets tomorrow but i don't want him back on the steriods due to his immune system being so low. what do i do

I'm looking to get my dads dog Loui a black leatherette dog coat size 26" would have to be quite a deep fit My dad is a Harley Davidson man and would love Loui to have a Harley Jacket but all the Jackets that would fit Loui are lots of money or in America so i thought that if someone could make one i could then stitch on the badges. this is one of the dogs that go along with their owners on ride outs he has his own trailer that was imported from america he helps raise alot of money for childrens cancer. but a coat like this would be great so if theres anyone out there with time on their hands and would like to make my dads christmas prezzie or know of a company thats will not break the bank then please let me know i would pay upfront and could supply the material.
