Aww, he's gorgeous! I love looking at the pics we have of Dylan as a cute little pup and then compare them to the big ginger git that he is now amazing how fast they grow up too
-
Oh poor Max I hope he stabilises soon so he can come home with you

Having had the pleasure (!) of bringing up another Irish puppy dumpee in the form of Dylan (aka The Git) I am pleased to inform you that they become more insane as they get older and Dyl is still a puppy at 4 1/2 years old now He is gorgeous by the way

Thanks folks Aggie has settled in very well so far, today she was playing chase in the garden with 3-legged Storm (who still manages to out run everyone else!) and she has been completely accepted by all the hounds....even grumpy old Amber and Henry! Aggie's lineage seems to be a beardie/greyhound lurcher crossed with a border collie, hence the not-very-pointy-but-a-bit-lurchery-from-some-angles look Here's a few more pics: Not very lurchery.... Settled with the Phoenyx Hounds Cuddles..... (scuse the state of me, I'd been sorting out the Refuge... ) and comfy.... not that she knows she's allowed on the sofa....

Following on from: http://www.rykat.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=43488 I'm not able to do transports very often these days but after I got a call on Friday morning something in my blood told me I needed to do this one! I had a gut feeling that this could be another Tess....ie not quite what she was meant to be.... ;) Aggy (still not sure if the name is staying, may end up Maggie or Annie) is a beardie cross but not very pointy and not really 'type' enough for GRWE to take her and rehome her. She's more collie than greyhound and is a dumpy little scruffy lurchery type, in the nicest possible way! To send her down to Somerset in the disguise of a true pointy would have been be a bit unfair on the rescue and, after discussing Aggy with GRWE I offered to keep her up here. To be honest we really did need another younger bitch in the pack anyway having lost Skeeter as we were down to 3 bitches with 5 dogs. Amber and Guin are both old and wobbly now and another bitch with a similar temperament to Skeeter keeps the boys in check (and gives Dylan a playmate too!). I was waiting for another greyhound to turn up at some point.... ;) Instead we now have the lovely Aggy.... ;D ...in with the pack as though she's always been here! I like this bed ...and cuddles Thanks to everyone who offered to transport today, enjoy your day off!! ;D

Dark brown/black, long haired collie cross, medium sized hound, seen hit by car after being spooked by fireworks, around 5.30pm on Wednesday 5th November 2008, on the A1231/A1 turn off - the motorway that runs from Sunderland and joins the A1 at Birtley. Ran off into woodlands. Posted on behalf of a friend who stopped and tried to catch the dog. Anyone in the area please keep an eye out

Ta! There'll be more colours added to it, we only had time to start the red today, that was 2 hours work to get it this far. ...by the way, that's wobbly old Amber sneaking in the background
