After adopting Aswan as a mature lady - we wondered whether her "strangeness" was due to her nature or nurture. We thought how nice it would be to meet a young Pharaoh Hound We got a phone call from Lisa one day to ask if we could foster a 4mth old PH, whilst she sorted out whether his breeder wanted him back or if PH Welfare had any home waiting. PH was collected by Sue and she commented on how calm and quiet he was (probably the last time anybody described him that way He can be well behaved For those that have met him know these are a more normal pose. So happy 1st Gotcha day to our "interesting" boy - maybe one day we'll be able to say speak to our dog walking friends rather than waving from a distance.
