owl
A lot of touch preferably from the front so she can smell you and you don't make her jump. You can't do much more than that except watch what she responds to and learn how much sight she actually has. You could try a sit command by stroking her at the front then running your hand down and patting her rear end, then sitting her down.

Ian
Lots of patience needed I'd guess but hopefully it will prove trewarding for you both. Try this handicapped pets specific forum for some ideas http://handicappedpet.net/helppets/viewforum.php?f=20 Good luck
buddyboy
Worth trying a clicker - Toastie was deaf until I got one out of the drawer and absentmindedly clicked it then his ears pricked up. I tried a different one which sounded the same to me but he could not hear that. Try a laser pointer (with the red light) as a means of getting her attention, then you can progress to 1 flash is "come here" 2 are "wait" etc. I have 2 deaf dogs but they can see, and although Toastie's sight was not great he could see well enough, so sorry plenty of deaf dog experience but not the right sort.
