Abby
I noticed yesterday Clive had a very very dry nose, and then this morning one side of it (where it splits) had turned pick and looked a bit sore. I've just been looking again at it and it is a bit weepy I don't know what happened, whether he has caught it on something or sniffed something he shouldn't. I can't see a cut, but it is very pink where the rest of his noise is absolutely black. I'm afraid it might be infected somehow? These don't show the weepiness but do show how pink it is. I can't get him to a vet until tomorrow, if it's necessary, but wondered if there was anything I could put on it for now?
Anne Grose
Have you got any Grapefruit Seed Extract because if you have put a few drops in some water and bathe it with that. GSE is a good anti bacterial agent and will help it heal. Anne

ranirottie
bathe it with salt water and put any antiseptic cream on like Savlon or Sudacrem. He will lick it off but some will stay on. x
