This has been in the pipeline for ages but has now been finalised. Rumpole Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 we didnt do a lot really apart from provide the returned dogs sheet and we were consulted with about the merseyside policy which has been used in this guidance. and of course we moaned about dogs not being left at home its a step in the right direction some dogs will still be seized but hopefully the responsible owners of many pet dogs will now be able to keep their dogs at home whilst 4b is actioned.
