Mrs Mop Posted February 19, 2009 Report Share Posted February 19, 2009 Apparently yes all the dogs are sorted, also heard though don't know the source that the kennels now have the money to complete the necessary new drainage works and so the closure is just temporary. It was on Look North about how a good sanctury who was so good with dogs and finding them homes etc, never put a dog to sleep etc had to close, I suspect this will be donations. I wrote to both the BBC and Look North saying how they are misleading the public by saying it was a sanctury when it is a pound, the dogs kennels are not heated nor do the have any bedding, just plastic beds. They do pts dogs but not on the premises they take them to the vets to do. I also told them to do their research before they put things out like this.
