ClazUK
At home, 10 minutes at a time, building up. Don't try to do it in one go or it will kill your muscles.

nouggatti
How high are they? if they are less than 3 inches do as Claz says. More than that and just wear them sitting down at first, don't try to walk, as you feet need to adjust completely imo

yena
Wear them in a little bit at a time. When you go to the wedding don't forget plasters incase they start rubbing, also take a pair of flat shoes you can change into.

mooandboo
If they're closed-toed get some gel wotsits to put under the ball of your foot - they'll give you hours more wear & comfort. There's something called slip-stop as well which stops your toes pushing forwards and also takes the pressure off the balls of your feet, tis a while sice I've worn high heels but I used to swear by slip-stop. Getting drunk also helped
ranirottie
4 inches,I would be crippled for months! I would say the same as the others, just wear them for a few minutes a few times a day. Good luck.x

wickychoo
if they're a little tight wear a pair of thick socks with them on in the house, that will sort them out quite quickly (just don't answer the door to anyone in them not that I've done that, honest
